T-1000
Posted on May 22nd, 2009 No commentsThe T-1000 is a fictional android assassin featured as the main antagonist in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. The T-1000 is portrayed primarily by Robert Patrick; however, being a shape-shifter, the T-1000 is played by other actors in some scenes of the film. In Terminator 2, the T-1000 is presented as a technological leap over the “800 Series” Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger);[1] Schwarzenegger’s character explains how the T-1000 is a more advanced terminator, composed entirely of a mimetic metal alloy, rendering it capable of rapid shapeshifting, near-perfect mimicry and rapid recovery from damage.

T-888 (Cromartie)
Posted on May 22nd, 2009 No commentsCromartie is a fictional cyborg character in the American science fiction television series Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, a television spin-off of the Terminator series of films. In the pilot episode, he is portrayed by actor Owain Yeoman, however actor Garret Dillahunt subsequently portrays the character thereafter, and is elevated from a recurring character to a series regular in the show’s second season.

T-888 (Vick)
Posted on May 22nd, 2009 No commentsVick Chamberlain, portrayed by Matt McColm, is a T-888 Terminator sent back in time to help create a traffic surveillance network that Skynet hopes to use in the future. An advanced infiltrator, Vick poses as the husband of city manager Barbara Chamberlain, murders one of her political enemies, and adapts his mission to attack a group of Resistance fighters, including Derek Reese, when he finds one of them spying on her. Although his mission is not directly related to the Connors, he is their principal Terminator adversary early in the first season, while Cromartie obtains a new biological covering and begins his search for them anew.

Posted on May 22nd, 2009 No commentsThe demonstration featured as the premise for T2 3-D involves several large practical effects robots called T-70s, designed as mechanical soldiers, with large miniguns on their arms. They are the earliest terminator models shown to have a humanoid form with arms and legs.
